Best Dressed at The Grammy's & BAFTA's 2015.

Awards season is back this month with four Creme de la creme awards shows that all in sundry want to be at.
Two of the four awards shows happened last night, the BAFTA's and the Grammy's and anyone who is anyone attended in full style.

Today's post will be focused on last night's best dressed at each awards and there were so many to choose from, so I narrowed it down to a few.

The Grammy's.
Last nights Grammy awards took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and all the big names in music were there.
It was a successful night for Brit Sam Smith who picked up four awards with Record of the Year and Song of the Year for 'Stay With Me' the other two awards were for Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album.
These awards are well deserved, his voice is incredible and he literally came from nowhere last year.

The biggest surprise of the night came from US rocker Beck who won Best Album of the Year, triumphing over Beyonce's self titled album, Ed Sheeran's X, Sam Smith's In The Lonely Hour and Pharrell's Girl.

Aside from all the winning there were some spectacularly dressed celebs who attended:

L-R: Gwen Stefani, Arianna Grande, Jessie J, Kelly Osbourne and Beyonce.
Gwen Stefani looked every inch the rock chick last night a gorgeous Atelier Versace jumpsuit. Her shoes went perfectly along with her edgy quiffed hairstyle.

Arianna Grande also stunned in Versace wearing a white and silver floor length dress that split up to the thigh, complete with a taupe clutch and a sleek high ponytail.

Jessie J wore a beautiful Ralph & Russo floor length semi sheer dress with floral embellishments, that really framed her gorgeous figure. Her hair slicked back looked perfect along with a on-the-trend ear cuff.

Lavender haired Kelly Osbourne wowed in a Christian Siriano confetti embellished floor length gown complete with diamond Borgioni earrings.

Finally, Queen Bey took to the red carpet looking like the superstar she is in a long sleeved lace dress by Proenza Schouler. The dress was quite low cut revealing Beyonce's decolletage and cleavage, but she pulled it off!

There were a few celebs who looked strange, and if you have seen the photos of what was Madonna was wearing, you will know what I'm talking about!
Don't get me wrong I love Madonna, but in my opinion its time to hang up the thigh high boots and stop dressing like a teenager.

The BAFTA's.
The BAFTA'S took place last night at London's Royal Opera House in Covent Garden is basically the UK's Oscar awards with a stellar line up of the best and most loved British actors and actresses gracing the red carpet.

The big winner of the night was Eddie Redmayne for his excellent portrayal of Professor Stephen Hawking.
The Grand Budapest Hotel scooped up the most awards of the night, however.

There were some really gorgeously dressed celebrities out on the red carpet last night, I chose more from last night's awards than from the Grammy's:

L-R: Rosamund Pike, Julianne Moore, Dianna Agron and Amy Adams.

L-R: Natalie Dormer, Recce Witherspoon, Keira Knightley and David Beckham.
Gone Girl actress Rosamund Pike stunned in a black Roland Mouret floor length halter neck dress looking gorgeous as usual. She's just had a baby!

Julianne Moore dazzled in a Red Tom Ford gown, matching her red hair hair perfectly.

Glee Star Dianna Agron looked very glamorous in a red Lavin strapless maxi dress which she teamed with black strappy sandals, gold jewellery and a chic updo.

Amy Adams star of Big Eyes and Man of Steel looked white hot as she stepped onto the red carpet wearing a Stella McCartney dress with Jimmy Choo shoes.

Game of Thrones and Hunger Games beauty - Natalie Dormer looked sensational in a blue and black Issa gown which she paired with midnight blue lace gloves.

Reece Witherspoon looked drop dead gorgeous in a rich purple Stella McCartney gown. The Wild actress was reportedly taken aback by the cold weather.

Mother-to-be Keira Knightley looked every inch the beaming expectant last night in a beautiful monochrome dress from Giambattista Valli.

Lastly. footballer David Beckham set hearts aflutter last night, arriving on the red carpet in a Tom Ford midnight blue suit, complete with black lapels.
This was the sports star's first time at the BAFTA awards and told reporters he was 'nervous' about being on stage presenting an award, he left Victoria and his children at home.

So, there is my round up of who I thought was best dressed at this years Grammy and BAFTA awards.

And can we just take a short moment to look upon this photo of Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch and his pregnant fiance Sophie Hunter together?

Don't they just look gorgeous together? The couple walked up the red carpet together both wearing Alexander McQueen and looked every inch the epitome of happiness. I wish them all the best of luck with their upcoming wedding and birth of their first child.

In the next few weeks we have the Brit Awards and the Oscars so I'm sure I will be back with another one of these posts, featuring the best dressed of both nights.

Let me know in the comment box below who you thought looked hot and who looked not at last nights Grammy & BAFTA Awards!
